Clinton is a 7lb Chihuahua who came from a hoarding situation and is now learning what love and safety truly feel like. Understandably shy at first, Clinton needs time and patience to come out of his shell—but once he trusts you, his sweet and tender personality starts to shine.

 

He’s currently using potty pads and doesn’t have leash experience, so he’ll thrive in a quiet home with someone who can guide him gently and celebrate his small steps forward. Clinton is looking for a calm, loving family who will give him the time he needs to feel safe, secure, and cherished.
