Ollie is looking for a home with a patient and loving family. Due to an unfortunate situation in Ollie’s life where he wasn’t treated well, he is hesitant to trust men and can act very skittish around them. With patience and a kind heart, Ollie will be your new little buddy! While not strictly a lap cat, he has been known to cuddle up on a lap after warming up to you. He enjoys his own personal space, but will trust you if you show him you care. Like most kitties, Ollie can be particular and prefers not to be held, but will choose when to love on you. He loves to play with strings, and enjoys sight seeing from a windowsill.

Ollie enjoys: wool socks (they’re his favorite toy), any toy with a string attached, crunching on his dry food, hanging out in laundry baskets, hunting down house flies (and occasionally snacking on them!), head scratches and making biscuits on fleece blankets.

Good with other easy going cats.

He is also declawed (we did not do this).
