Vance is an absolute sweetheart.  He is confident and so loving.  He follows his foster human and dogs and is happiest when he is right next to you.  He loves taking naps on your lap or being held.  He face plants in his food bowl, paws and all is it's absolutely hilarious and endearing.  He is sleeping through the night and is already giving cues when he needs to go potty. He will thrive in a home where he gets to be with his humans most of the day or a fur companion.
