Meet Preston Preston is such a sweetheart with the softest, most loving soul. He can be a little timid at first, but once he trusts you, you’ll see just how special he is. One of the sweetest things about Preston is how he shows his appreciation—he’ll gently kiss you when you hug him, and it’s the best feeling. He may even give you a little “smile” when you hold up your hand and tell him to stay Preston loves being close to his person and really thrives on that connection. He’s crate trained and will go right in when asked, but also does great with his crate door open—he’ll come and go on his own like it’s his safe space. He’s also been wonderful in the home with no accidents. He is calm and very easy to groom, even allowing his foster to trim the hair around his toes without any issue. That said, poodle, regular grooming is essential to keep his coat healthy and comfortable. His future adopter will need to be committed to routine grooming and able to financially provide for that care throughout his life. Preston does have a little mischievous side and will need to be watched in the kitchen—he’s a known counter surfer He’s truly such a special boy. Preston is ready for a patient, loving home that will help him continue to build confidence and feel safe
