Ceasar is a little man who needs a very quiet home without young kids. He is afraid of loud noises and men in general due to prior abuse by a man.  He's a sweet guy - very amicable and enjoys the company of other chi's and also cats. He was surrendered to us along with his house mate, Coco.  Both weigh about 5#.
