Rascal is an adorable little 2.5 mos. old boy, terrier mix of who knows what kind and will remain a small dog. Rascal's debut is May 1st at the Bellevue Petco.
His foster reports:
Rascal, of course, has the CUTEST personality EVER!  He is such a happy puppy and loves to be loved.   He gets along great with other dogs and is great around kids too!  We are working with him on his potty habits.  He is a puppy that’s eager to please, so I’m confident he will be a quick learner.
