Scruffy is a recent flood dog rescue along with another small dog who is very pregnant.  He is scheduled to be neutered. We have brought him current on shots and treated him for fleas and ticks.  He is craving attention understandably, is very kid friendly and playful.  He would be fabulous with an active family!  Scruffy is about 3 years old.
