Nathan is a recent rescue from a KY kill shelter when his time was up. He is a young pure bred and seems smaller than most Bassetts. More photos and info on him to come.
Nathan's rescuer reported this on the car ride home from the kill shelter:
Nathan was sooo sweet on the ride home, just sat so quiet and would somtimes curl up in a ball, just a sweetheart.  Scared of loud noises - no wonder he seemed traumatized with all the barking that goes on in the kill shelter.
