We don't know who this fella's parents were but he appears to be a wire haired terrier cross and rumor has it, a chi. Will be a small to med. size adult. He's about 10-12 weeks old (6/12) and has a clean bill of health from the vet. Festus is very friendly and playful. Gets along with everyone. Some pictures show him with his buddy, Roy Rogers.
