Cooper was adopted as a puppy but recently returned as his owner's job is now requiring a great deal of travel so he is looking for a new home. 
He's super sweet and would love a family to snuggle him on the couch. Cooper loves the water and would be a great companion for hiking, kayaking, and other fun adventures!
