Louie is a beautiful cocker spaniel, approx 1 yr old and fully vetted.  He was found as a stray and pulled from kill shelter just before....    He was badly matted and had to be shaved down  - just imagine how gorgeous he'll be when his hair grows back!

He is great w/ people and other dogs/ foster is working on housetraining.
