Update 10/15/10 - Chloe needs an adult only home.  she's adorable, but total chi attitude...previous Chi owner would be best.  One that knows the personalities and loves them for it.

Chloe  was abandoned in Christiana.  A wonderful lady witnessed the truck pull over, stop and drive off. Since there were trees blocking the truck, She didn't know he was throwing her out or  would have tried to get his tag number.  When  walked past that area with her dogs about 2 minutes later,  saw Chloe standing there in the road alone.   so glad that she got to her so quickly!  She was so frightened that she ran right to her and never once tried to bite or snap at total stranger.
