Chip is a lovable, SMART, sweet dog, that is very easily distracted and a bit nervous/skittish. She is LOADED with adorable, funny, smart and loving personality more in line w/ that of a typical Jack Russell.
She requires a lot of exercise, so a fenced yard where she can go out for frequent potty breaks and running around is a must.
