Moses was originally “hired” as a mascot for a local Nashville company. He went around the office during the day bringing love and joy to the people who worked there; however, he was locked in a room within the company after business hours with no one to feed him, let him out, or care for his needs. During the historical May flood in Nashville this particular company was also flooded and Moses was found by himself just in time with only his nose above water. This is where his new foster family gave him the name “Moses.”
He would need to be in a family with older children and where the parents are not expecting any new babies. He does not realize his own strength and would need to have the whole family take part in disciplining him in the proper way. He needs obedience classes. He’s an “eager to please” pup, but he hasn’t had the life that would teach him manners yet. If a family’s expectations were set properly and they knew they needed to have patience, in 3-6 months, he would be a very well-trained pup. Also, he needs a LOT of exercise. He might fit in best with an active family, 6 foot wood fenced yard and older children in foster mom's opinion.
