Jesse was found in the meden of the interstate by a wonderful lady, she drove around and around until she could finally pull over and pick him up.  He was curled up in a ball in the middle cold and shaking to scared to move.  He was trapped by traffic on both sides.  He has an old rope burn on his neck that will heal on it's own.  He was close to the old Tent City before the flood that moved it.  Could be a homeless person's dog, God only knows. He's now up to date on shots and is being treated for worms.  He's to be fixed as soon as vet says he's ready. 

He needs a foster home.  Girl that found him can't keep him where she lives, so he's staying in a friends garage.  He's safe and warm but will be a lonely place to stay.  Needs a home for christmas.  Does anyone have room in their heart and home, WITH FENCED IN YARD ONLY PLEASE?
