Josie needs a caretaker or foster! Won't you consider helping her get a new start?
Look at this beauty! Josie is a 1 year old Golden/Chow mix and needs a foster. Unfortunately her previous owner was moving and rather than take Josie with, dropped her off at a high kill shelter. We got her out before her time was up. She is a total luv bug. She adores affection and loves to please. She lights up when you pull out a toy or tennis ball and loves to play. She has the softest coat ever and is even prettier than her photos. Josie would thrive in a home as an only pet, as we have found she doesn't understand if other dogs are trying to play with her. She's a year old and maybe has not been exposed to other pets before coming to our rescue. She loves all people, including children but we don't recommend small children who could be prone to jump on her, which could frightened her.
