Gracie is a sweet, 7 year old, female Chihuahua/Jack Russell Terrier mix with Red/Chestnut short hair. She is spayed and weighs 17 lbs. All vacs and monthly preventative (given 1st of month) are Up-To-Date. She is microchipped. Her tail is docked, but thankfully her ears are fully intact.

Originally a puppy mill dog chained outside to eat and potty in the same place where she delivered 2 litters before she was rescued by Proverbs 12:10 Animal Rescue and adopted when she was around 2 years old. Her rescue family who loved and cared for her for 5.5 years had to surrender her due to unforeseen circumstances.

Gracie is a quiet yet spunky, laid-back, funny little chunk of love who rarely ever barks. She is a very good-natured, friendly dog who loves the outdoors. Can be shy at first, but warms up quickly. She is good w/other dogs, cats, people and children. Would be good to supervise her around children's toys as she confuses them with her own and may chew them. 1st meeting with cat should be supervised as well, as she may get excited and want to chase if cat runs. Will still play with enthusiasm of a puppy. Walks well on leash, comes to her name (unless she's much, much too busy sun-bathing). She loves laps and chew-sticks and just hanging out. Sleeps well in a crate, but will still need some help with potty-training. Gracie is a very special girl in need of a loving, forever home.
