Cline was saved from animal control and is a sweetheart. His foster says he's very shy but is improving every day. He can be a jokester as he likes to grab his canine buddy's favorite toy and moves it to another place and watches for him to look for it. He's learning how to correctly walk with a leash and knows how to use a doggie door. He is crate trained and is not a barker. He would do best in a home without small children as he gets a little nervous with sudden movements.
