Chihuahua (short coat) : : Male (neutered) : : Adult
Harvey is a 4lb chocolate brown Chihuahua who is about 6 yrs old . He is shy at first meeting, but once he is comfortable, his little tail will start to wag and he will start to bounce around. He likes both men and women, but he is so little, he should not go to a home with children under 12 yrs. old. He is very sweet and loves nothing more than to follow you around the house, or be carried around tucked under your arm. Ironically, he is not much of a lap dog, he gets very wiggly and would rather get down and explore. He appears to be housebroken ( he has had 1 accident, but I’ll take the blame for that one) and needs to go out every few hours. He does not like the cold, so he will do his business very quickly and bark at the door to come back inside if it’s chilly outside. If it’s sunny and warm, he loves to bask in the sun and explore the yard. He has a sweater and he’s happy to wear it when it gets cold. He needs to be introduced slowly to other dogs.
