Otis was surrendered by owners when children started coming into the picture.  He then started acting out as he was no longer the pampered little boy he had been from puppyhood.  Who can blame him.

Due to his diminutive size, temperment and tendency to bite when frightened he is not well suited for small children.  Otis is quite playful and full of energy and MUST be let out to pee frequently. At bed time he prefers to sleep in bed with you - otherwise it is recommended that you crate him.  He is doing great in his foster home.
