Hawthorne is a wonderful 5 year old male beagle who came to us as a stray. He was severely injured before he arrived and suffered injuries to his hip and left leg. We’re not sure if he was kicked or hit by a car, but his injuries were not treated properly on a timely basis and as a result, he has to be on daily medication so he is not in pain. As long as he gets his medicine to keep him comfortable, he is a very happy guy. He likes to go on walks and is housebroken and crate trained. He loves kids, cats and other dogs.
