Hello, my name is Angel. I'm a real sweet little girl. I am a white puppy. I have a couple of distinguishing marks, but mostly I'm white. Somebody spent a lot of time with me when I was a baby, teaching me how to behave, what the words "no" and "sit" mean, etc., and then for some reason they had to let me go. I ended up with a nice family and they got me to Proverbs 12:10, and then a good foster home to live in. I really love it here. My foster mommy was really surprised when she realized I was already housebroken. I immediately began sleeping on the bed all night without having any accidents, and during the day if I can't make it outside for some reason I go on the newspaper. Mostly I go outside like a big dog. She makes me stay in a crate when she leaves the house. I don't care much for crates, but I'm learning to relax until she comes home. Besides, she always gives me a treat when I have to go in there, so its not all bad. I love being with a human that loves me. I cannot wait for you to open your eyes in the morning, so you can be with me again. I love to run, jump and play … with other dogs or you! I like children just fine and I'm learning to walk on a leash now. I love it when my foster mom takes me out for a mile walk at the same time as the other doggie here. Sometimes I criss cross the leashes while we are out just to make it more interesting. :) I also love to chew on bones and play with puppy toys. I never chew on shoes, or sunglasses, or furniture. I learned at a very young age what the word "no" means. I'm VERY teachable. I just want to make you happy, since you make me so very happy, just being with me. I will follow you around, but I do have an independent side, and sometimes I want to sit on the balcony and just enjoy bird watching while you are inside. Sometimes I want to chew on my bone upstairs, while you are downstairs. I prefer to have my own little pillow or blanket to lie down on, but I will be happy to use the floor, a couch or a chair if you let me. You can trust me. Like I said, I know how to behave. I'm also a great traveler. I will probably lie down on your back seat on a blanket, and you won't even know I'm there … unless you keep looking at me with that silly grin on your face. Then I'm going to have to come give you a kiss. Right on the nose. :) My foster mom weighed me the other day and I was 17 pounds. They say they think I'm part "pittie" but I don't really know what that means. I don't have real big paws so I probably won't be much more than a medium size doggie when I'm full grown. I like to eat dry dog food and if you don't give me table scraps I will not beg. Like I said, I'm smart, teachable, and I live to make you happy.
