Piper is a 2-3 yr old Shih Tzu that was abandoned by owners. He is white/ champagne colored, HW neg and fully vetted. Do to extensive matting he is being groomed and will need to be completely shaved except for head and tail, but IT WILL GROW BACK and with loving care and grooming, he will be very handsome boy.
Piper is very, very sweet natured and in need of loving home.
