Binkley is a precious PB cocker spaniel puppy that came to us when we received a call from a shelter that he had been brought in w/ one ear nearly completely severed. He was rushed to our vet where they found a pony tail holder wrapped around the ear that had been there for several days. They were unable to save the lower portion of his ear, but believe me - he will be even more precious w/out it.
