Bentley (aka Ray Ban) was pulled from a local shelter. He and 2 litter mates were surrendered to the shelter by a Chihuahua breeder as he unloaded his dogs as free in the Tennesseen. Our rescue saved 6 from this horrid outdoor situation. Bentley was the last one left unadopted at the shetler when we took him home at 9 weeks old and very tiny. He is all white and full of love. He gets along with all the dogs at his foster home, sleeps in the bed with the foster parents with 4 other Chi's. Loves to be on your lap or chewing on anything he finds in his sight. Very tiny at 2lbs expect 8lbs approx when grown. Very strong personality for sure will be an alfa. Plays hard then drops and goes to sleep. So silly.
We are looking for a forever home with a settled adult that is home alot ...with another small dog for him to play with. No children under 12 yrs of age. He loves to play with the other dogs in the house, and would not prefer to be an only dog. He loves to follow you everywhere and lay at your feet where ever you stop. He would like stairs to get on and off the couch and your bed (as he will expect to sleep with you) as he is to tiny to ever jump from furniture. He could hurt or break a tiny leg. He is currently doing very well with potty training. Helps having other dogs around to follow and do as they do. When he wakes he is carried outside and potties. When he comes out of his crate he goes right outside again to potty. Bentley is also using the pee pad left inside for the dogs when they have to go now!
