This is what Bear's foster says about him:

He is a gem.  I call him my "little man". He has sooo much love to give and is so sweet.  He sits with his front paws crossed.  He pulls your hand to him with his paw to keep you petting him.  He does like to climb up with his paws-  but in a pet me please kind of way. I cannot say enough good about him.  If I could afford to properly care for another dog, I would keep him myself.  I have fallen in love and he has me wrapped around his little paw. He sits on the couch next to me and puts his head on my lap.   He is love in doggy form.
