****COURTESY LISTING - all inquiries will be forwarded*** Pixie is very sweet and loving to those she knows well and scared and aggressive toward outsiders. Pixie currently lives with two small breed dogs and one cat. She gets along relatively well with other animals when left alone but does not mix well when pursued or pestered. Pixie would thrive in a single or couple owner home and would probably love to be the only animal fighting for affection. She loves to snuggle, especially at night, and enjoys hanging out on the back of the sofa and in the bottom of her shared cat scratcher/bed. Pixie is declawed and spayed, and she is strictly an indoor cat. Her only exposure to the outdoors has been limited to our closed off deck on occasion. Pixie is very combative with strangers and will typically hide. If people try to seek her out or pet her at this time she will turn on her owners and become combative with them as well so it is best to let her hide, she will come back out when she feels safe. We feel it would be best for Pixie to be in a home where she is the only pet. We are hoping there is a nice person looking for a companion who is willing to be patient and give Pixie time to warm up to them. |
