Phoebe was found, dirty and cold, outside a convenience store where she had just appeared a few days earlier. When she tried to crawl into the engine of a car to get warm, one of our wonderful volunteers scooped her up and took her in. This sweet girl bonded immediately with her new foster and has been so happy since she was rescued. She didn't even mind getting a bath! Phoebe is very affectionate and easy going and would be a wonderful addition to any family.
