Little Bear  is fully vetted and has an incredible personality.  He weighs  abpit 16 lbs and is sooooooooooo cute.  When he came to proverbs he was nearly bald due to flea allergies.  He absolutely MUST be kept on flea meds or he will lose his hair again, and who would want to see this cutie bald again.
