Malita, Matilda and Maxine were found injured and abandoned in a ditch in rural TN and brought to Proverbs.  It appears that Malita may be the mom to Matilda and Maxinie.   foster update 8/15/2013
Matilda is in a foster home with 4 other dogs, large and small, male and female - and gets along with all of them. 
She has also been spending her days with the resident cat at the animal hospital where her foster mom works.
She is a quiet girl and would love nothing more than to snuggle with her person. She has playful moments and
would enjoy the company of another dog, but would also adjust well to being the adored "only child". Mattie 
is 90% housebroken - the only minor accidents she has had were likely the result of recently being spayed and 
moving to a new home. She will make a great companion in any loving home.
