Adoption fee waived. Koby is a very sweet 4 1/2 year old girl. She first came to Proverbs 2 years ago when her owner had a baby and this little girl and her sister, Piper, were needing a new home. Sadly, this time she somehow ended up at Metro Animal Control. They contacted us and we of course wanted her back with us.
