**FOSTER NEEDED** Meet Carl!!  Carl has had a rough start in life, he is thin, but he is safe now, and ready to start a new life. He appears to be a purebred American Bull dog. 

Carl is a beautiful dog with  a good natured disposition. H e may prefer being an only dog, but think a dog savvy person could work with him.  I saw  him trying to play with the neighbor's children as they were kicking, hitting, and  pushing him. He never once stopped wagging his tail or acted in an aggressive  manner. This dog was a beautiful, healthy, happy, bouncy, frollicking pup and will be once again in a loving home.
