Hey there! My name is Preston. I was dropped off by the mail lady at Preston Taylor Ministries on MLK Day, where a church group was was gathered before that went to pick up trash in the neighborhood. She said she found me wandering the streets of West Nashville and she was hoping they could help. Well, it just so happens a couple of Proverbs' volunteers were there that day, and of course, they agree to take me! So here I am, a part of Proverbs, looking for my forever family. Now, about me. . . I am an extremely sweet and loving boy; I love cuddling! I'm pretty much housetrained and I go to the door when I need to go out. I'm great friends with my German Shepherd sisters in my foster home and I adore playing with them. Sometimes I like to chase the cats, but it's only because I want to play with them too! At PETCO, I might get a little overexcited with the other dogs, but usually I'm pretty good at making friends. After I finish playing, I LOVE to climb into your lap and snuggle with you! When you're sitting on the couch, if I can hop up there and wedge myself onto your lap between your belly and your laptop, rest assured, I will do it! As long as a part of my cuddly puppy body is against (or on top of, or next to, or at least in the same room as you!) I am happy. I always have to be with you and if you want a puppy that will sleep right next to you at night, snuggled under the covers, then I am the dog for you! Please consider adopting me and making me a part of your family forever. I will always love you!
