Meet Corby! He is 10 years old and healthy, acting much younger than his years. He was an inside dog until three years ago when his folks had a baby and put him in their small back yard with minimal attention, cheap dog food and a plastic doghouse. The neighbors badgered them into giving him up when they never provided decent bedding this last winter during the cold snaps. At his foster home, Corby is well behaved and house trained.
