If you like hounds but not the energy level of most hounds, this baby is for you. Meet sweet Allie. Allie was just saved from being euthanized at a high kill shelter in middle TN. Allie was spayed and micro chipped when she was found as a stray, but once the family was contacted it seems that Allie had been lost for over a year and must have returned to her old home...but that the couple had divorced and was living in Texas and frankly didn't want her anymore. Since she was technically an owner/surrender, the shelter was about to euthanize due to space. Seems so said that she worked her way back home, just to be turned away...so when the Proverbs volunteer heard about her she had to go help this baby. She weighs around 80 lbs...fully vetted and is HW negative. We believe she is 5 or 6 years old. She is patient, sweet, quiet, and loving and low key!!!...an absolute joy. We can't say enough great things about her! This girl has won the hearts of anyone she's met. Please consider her for your loving home...she deserves the best!!!!
