Meet Chipper !!  Chipper is a germen shepherd (Dad) and red hound mountain curr(mother) adorable puppy. He is an owner surrender and is the smallest out of a litter of six. He truly is a very cute little boy. He came to us a little under nourished and scared but is learning to trust the human hands and appears very healthy.
