Meet Curtis!! An adorable little beagle/dachshund mix of love and sweetness. He was found starving to death, rummaging through garbage at a recycle site by a wonderful Metro Police officer.
His precious face and body have many scars that tell a story of what he must have gone through. There is no telling how long he had been on his own. His hair was matted in many places from old cuts and scabs, but despite his horrible experience, Curtis is as sweet as sweet can be, very calm, doesn’t have a mean bone in his body, no food aggression despite having been starved, and only wants to be near you or touched by you. He is playful and seems happy and very mellow. He loves all dogs and just wants to be loved. He would make a great lap dog!
