This adorable boy knows a thing or two about being alone, being in pain, being hungry, being discouraged. You see he was abandoned and wandered aimlessly in his neighborhood for months before folks realized his owners were gone. He endured the winter months living on scraps all the while suffering from painful glaucoma in one eye and his other eye was badly injured. Sadly, both eyes had to be removed, but he has adjusted beautifully in his foster home. Those months of loneliness are forgotten as are the hunger pains and fear. We know there is an exceptional home out there who will love him and show him the light of love in his dark world. While some find his imperfection troublesome, others see there is a brave, loving, adorable little guy who will be a grateful, loyal friend.Louie is perfectly healthy, loving, and playful.
