Miss Millicent and sister Matilda came to Proverbs from a sad situation when they were tiny babies. They were in a home but were in danger of being killed to "get rid of them." One of our wonderful volunteers heard about this and went right over to get them! They have been in a loving foster home ever since and are as good as gold! Millicent is sweet, happy, and playful and just as pretty as can be. She is now ready for her forever home. We are currently accepting applications for both sisters.
