Meet Ethel Purrman! Ethel is a biscuit-making, purring machine! Very sweet and playful, She has a funny little meow and loves to snuggle on the sofa while watching “Bachelorette” (have to go full disclosure here). She is playful, happy, and curious. This little one is a perfect companion. Ethel Purrman is currently housed at the Bellevue Petco and can be adopted there during regular store hours.
