Charles is a sweet boy that found himself in a high kill shelter in West Tennessee. He is a 10 month old Dachsund/ Bassett mix, weighing a mere 24lbs. He loves everything and everybody, especially kids and cats. Playful and loving, he is searching for a family to love love love!!
