Dachshund / Mixed : : Male (neutered)
Ranger is a little love bug! He loves belly rubs and snuggles. When he first arrived he seemed a bit confused, he did not know what to do with all the dog toys, but his foster brothers are teaching him and he seems to enjoy chewing on the Hartz Chew N Clean bones that we keep a basket full of. He gets along well with both of our dogs, he seems to be a bit possessive of his food, but we are working on that.
He is housebroken, has not had a single potty accident in the week we have had him. He does well with our 7 year old daughter and responds well to correction; our assessment is that he is an easy going fellow with a lot of love to give. He is not good with Chickens or Rodents, therefore, I would guess he is not cat friendly either, but we do not have a cat so I cannot say for sure.
He is a long haired dog and will require grooming.
