Chelsea continues to get braver and braver & loves to be petted. She will probably need to be in a quiet home, but she LOVES our foster's teenager, so might like a teenager to call her own.
Chelsea and her two siblings, Mattie and Bella, came to Proverbs after her dad passed away and her mom became very sick. Chelsea has the most stunning blue eyes you've ever seen! She's shy but very sweet!
She's a wonderful girl who will need someone willing to be patient with her as she adjusts to her new forever home.
FOSTER FUN FACT: Chelsea is quite the snorer!
