ORIGINAL NOTES: Hello!  My name is Jameson.  I am an 11 week old black lab mix  puppy.  I was born with a stub tail!  My mom is Hannah who was rescued while she was pregnant.  She is a yellow lab mix and very sweet.  Sadly when she delivered us she was sick and passed E. Coli to all of us.   With medicine and round the clock care 6 of us boys made it, are E. coli free and are happy loving puppies!  We are special needs though they say!  I think we are just special!  The E. coli damaged our noses and nasal passages.  My foster family and everyone who sees us says we are very handsome even with our noses that look a little different.  Because of this I can never be an outside dog or do vigorous activity.  I will need meds like benedryl daily and could be vulnerable to secondary infections.  I will need a high protein diet with additional vitamins to help keep me strong.  The vet says that I should be able to otherwise have a normal life expectancy though unexpected complication could arise if I were to get sick.  After I am 6 months old I can be evaluated to see when I can be neutered and if a nasal surgery would help me which would be done probably at the same time.  Whew that sounds like a lot but what I think I need is a comfy home where I can be a large lap dog.  I love toys, Popsicles, the baby swimming pool ( when I do get to play outside its in the pool!!), kids, dogs, cats and cuddles!!!!!!!!!!   Though I will need a bit more medical care than other puppies might I am worth it.  I have fought hard to beat E. coli and now I'm ready for an adventure with my very own forever family!
