Louie is a semi-feral cat who is living by the recycling center  in Bellevue. He's a very handsome one and friendly.  His coat is a gorgeous array of colors, known as swirl/marble coloring.   He would need an experienced owner who would know how to transition him into their home or yard so that he doesn't bolt.  He is 2 years old and neutered.  He comes right up to the wonderful lady who feeds him daily and lets her pet him.  He's telling her that he wants to be rescued so hopefully we can help find Louie a great home as he doesn't deserve to be living at a recycling center.
