  • If you rent or lease your home, landlord approval is required before adopting a pet.
  • The information you provide will be used to assess your suitability for adopting or fostering a pet and to help us find the best match for your home. We assure you that none of this information will be sold or shared with any other organization without your explicit written consent. All information will be kept strictly confidential.
